Epworth’s cross-country runners dominated the 2023 Midlands Cross-Country League by winning both the junior and senior divisions. Individually, a number of Epworth runners also featured amongst the top 10 in each division. Former Comrades winner, Shaun Meiklejohn, was on hand to present the prizes at the final fixture.
